How it works

Exchange your old moped for a voucher towards a brand new electric NIU scooter. We accept all mopeds, both petrol and electric and ensure that 100% of the money exchanged for your scooter goes to you.

  1. Send us your details, the specs of your old moped and upload your photos.
  2. Your details will be obtained, reviewed and sent to our third-party buyer for valuation.
  3. We’ll be in touch to arrange the viewing and exchange of your moped.
  4. Receive your NIU voucher the very same day!

    At NIU Bristol, UK we’re not dedicated to finding you the best scooter, we also offer ongoing support to our customers and carry out servicing on all of our bikes.

    All of the NIU mopeds come with a warranty and free health checks, carried out by us. Should you need a service or repair, we have a dedicated team of technicians at hand to help.

    Once your scooter trade-in is complete, you’ll have access to our range of NIU mopeds, ready to test ride on our very own track.

    Simply select the scooter you want and we’ll do the rest!

    All of our electric mopeds are delivered to you, or you can arrange to collect them in-store as soon as it’s registered.

    At NIU Bristol, UK we will take care of your moped registration and contact DVLA on your behalf to ensure that your scooter is ready to ride as soon as it arrives.
